1. Engagement Scope & Advisory Services
JS3 Management LLC provides two services: Strategic Financial Analysis (with published engagement packages) and Business Capital (a separate, inquiry-based consulting service). JS3 Management LLC is a financial consulting and advisory firm.
2. Explicit Regulatory & Service Disclosures
IMPORTANT: JS3 Management LLC does NOT offer consumer credit repair services, credit restoration, credit bureau dispute letters under the FCRA, or consumer credit rebuilding. All advisory services pertain exclusively to commercial entity readiness and business capital optimization.
3. Underwriting & Funding Decisions
Advisor provides preparation and strategic guidance. Final credit approvals, interest rates, credit limits, and underwriting decisions remain entirely within the independent authority of third-party commercial lenders and banking institutions.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which JS3 Management LLC is registered. [The specific governing jurisdiction is pending client and legal counsel confirmation.]
