1. Information Collection & Purpose
JS3 Management LLC (“Firm”, “we”, “us”) collects client information strictly necessary to conduct commercial balance sheet analysis, financial profile diagnostics, and business capital consulting. This includes contact details, business entity documentation, financial statements, and related business profile metrics.
2. Confidentiality & Access
Client dossiers and submitted financial records are maintained under strict confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or trade client information to third-party data brokers, lead mills, or marketing entities. Internal access is restricted to principal leadership, including Johan Soto. Please note that our customer relationship management (CRM) system and other service providers used to operate our practice process submitted information as part of routine business operations; these providers are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
3. Sharing With Funding Providers
When engaged for business capital consulting, client records may be shared with institutional lenders, commercial banks, and underwriting partners strictly upon client authorization and only to the extent necessary to facilitate the client's funding inquiry. Funding decisions, terms, and amounts remain with those independent providers.
